Are You Feeling Overwhelmed Trying To Find A Therapist?

I offer remote psychological therapy for adults across the UK. My approach is calm, compassionate and practical. We will work together to make sense of what is happening and build tools that support meaningful change.

About

I am a UK-based Clinical Psychologist offering private psychological therapy for adults in the UK. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and a collaborative, compassionate approach. Sessions are remote, via video call, and designed to feel supportive, clear, and at your pace, without pressure or judgement. Remote therapy can be a good fit if you want flexibility, privacy, and support that fits around life.

Who I Work With

You might be feeling stuck in patterns of worry, low mood, self-doubt, or overthinking that you cannot seem to shift. Perhaps you notice yourself comparing your life to others, struggling with perfectionism, relationship difficulties, fear of rejection, or finding that stress has started to affect your motivation and confidence. You want to feel calmer, more in control, and able to move through life with a sense of balance and self-acceptance, but you are not sure where to start.

My Approach How I Work

My Approach

You do not need to have everything figured out. We can explore things at your pace in a supportive, down-to-earth space. I will help you understand patterns that keep you stuck and build tools for change. I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed approach, with affordable and flexible sessions.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) in my work, while also drawing on other models. I integrate approaches holistically to tailor therapy to each individual. I also work with an awareness of early experiences, trauma, relationships, and broader systemic factors that may be shaping current difficulties.
